For the Current Registrant: The Current Registrant must sign for the Form to be valid. In the event this is not possible, then the CEO, President, or Board Member of the Organization on record may sign this Form.

For the New Registrant: Only an individual that has the authority to legally bind the new Registrant may sign this form.
|
|
In case of Organization Name Change, a Board Resolution or a Secretary’s Certificate authorizing the change is REQUIRED.
|
|
The Notary Public is required to notarize this form and to certify the Current Registrant’s signature and New Registrant’s signature. This is only required for change in Organization Name and Registrant Name.
|
|
For domains registered on or after Oct 1,1999, modification are currently free, although this may change in the future.
