2.  How do I pay for all the stuff I bought?

Pay using a credit card and get your domain right away.

After you've selected the domain you want, simply follow the instructions on our secure payment page.

If you don't have a credit card, we'll pick up your check for free (selected Metro Manila only). But until we receive the payment, the domain will still be available for someone else to register.

To pay with a check:

Print the e-mail notifying you that your registration has been approved and attach to your payment.

Only US Dollar (US$) and Philippine Peso (PhP) check payments are accepted.

There is an additional US $50.00 clearing fee for each check drawn on foreign (non-Philippine) banks. Please include this amount when making out the check.

We only accept check payment for exact amounts, dotPH does not accept overpayments.

If paying in Philippine pesos, please check the exchange rate on the day that payment is remitted to ensure that it conforms to the prevailing rate. The exchange rate is adjusted on Friday evenings and is posted at the upper right-hand corner of our website http://www.dot.ph

To pay via JRS

Follow the step-by-step process of registering domains via our site. Choose "Pay by JRS Express." Print out the invoice page after check-out. Go to any JRS Express business center and include the printout of t he invoice page in your Pera Padala payment.

3.  I have paid for my domain, why is my website still inaccessible?

It takes from 8-24 hours to propagate the domain. If it's been longer than perhaps your webhosting company hasn't configured the name servers properly. Have them contact us so we can work it out.

6.  I already sent the money. When do I get my domain?

The domain will be registered in your name within 24 hours of our receipt of payment. If you want to get the domain immediately and make sure nobody beats you to it, pay using a credit card.
