Terms and Agreement
Power rates are exclusive of bandwith and power charges.
Power rates are based on changes on Meralco's pass-on rate.
This offer is only valid for 10 business days from the date of this proposal.
Contract term is 12 months. Thereafter, subscription contract will be automatically renewed if no 30-day notice of termination has been received prior to the contract expiry date.
Service fees are subject to 3% interest, should payment not be made by Client on due date. Overdue accounts for more than 30 days shall be temporarily suspended.
Pretermination fee is equivalent to 100% value of the remaining contract term.
Payment can be done on an annual or quarterly basis.
