If you purchased your hosting plan using a credit card and you are not fully satisfied with our service, you may terminate your hosting plan within the first 30 days and receive a full refund.

All DotPH Webhosting plans paid for with a credit card include a 30-day Moneyback guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of activation.

The 30-Day Moneyback guarantee does not apply to hosting plans paid for via check or cash. This guarantee shall begin upon the setup of client's account and shall expire thirty days later.

We must receive your request for the refund within 30 days of the activation of your account. Requests must be sent by email to helpdesk@dot.ph.

Limitations

Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of DotPH Policies or the Virtual Dedicated Server Hosting Agreement, will not be eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Clients exercising their right to the 30-day money-back guarantee may be barred from availing of Webhosting services from DotPH for a period of six months.

DotPH reserves the right to make changes to or end this offer at any time without further notice.
