We guarantee not to raise your monthly rate at any time in the future. Our Price Freeze Guarantee ensures clients that they are locked into a set rate as long as they remain a client in good standing of dotPH.

Limitations

The Price Freeze Guarantee applies to dotPH Webhosting plans only. Domain registration and other services are not eligible.

The price is frozen at the rate that applied when you opened your dotPH Webhosting account. So when you sign up for a hosting plan, it is locked in at that monthly price for as long as you maintain the account.

Any new accounts you sign up for will fall under the pricing structure applicable at that point in time, while your old accounts will remain at the old rates. In the event that you change account plans or platforms, the price freeze guarantee does not apply and you will be subject to the current pricing on the new plan.
